MailAssist is an AI-powered interpretation and translation tool. It analyses photographs and PDF files of official correspondence and provides plain-English summaries of their content.

MailAssist does NOT provide legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, immigration advice, or professional advice of any kind. The information provided by MailAssist is for general informational and interpretive purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Accuracy and Reliability

MailAssist uses artificial intelligence to interpret correspondence. While we strive for accuracy, AI interpretation is not infallible. Results may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. In particular:

• Translations and interpretations may not capture every nuance of the original document.
• Deadlines identified by the service are extracted by AI and may be incorrect, incomplete, or misinterpreted. You must always verify any deadline independently by reading the original document or consulting a qualified professional.
• Category assignments and urgency ratings are AI-generated assessments and should be treated as indicative, not definitive.
• The service may not identify all obligations, consequences, or legal implications contained in a document.

No Professional Relationship

Use of MailAssist does not create a solicitor-client relationship, an accountant-client relationship, or any other professional advisory relationship between you and CoreLogic AI Ltd. MailAssist is a technology tool, not a professional service.

Reply Letter Drafting

The reply letter drafting feature generates template correspondence based on your input. These letters are AI-generated drafts, not professionally drafted legal or formal documents. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any reply letter before sending it. CoreLogic AI Ltd accepts no liability for any consequences arising from correspondence sent using MailAssist-generated content.

You should not use MailAssist-generated reply letters for matters involving legal proceedings, court deadlines, formal legal disputes, or any situation where inaccurate or inappropriate correspondence could result in financial loss, legal liability, or the forfeiture of legal rights. In such cases, seek qualified legal advice in the relevant jurisdiction.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy of all information provided by MailAssist, including but not limited to translations, deadlines, action steps, and urgency assessments.
• Taking appropriate action in response to any official correspondence you receive, with or without the assistance of MailAssist.
• Seeking qualified professional advice where necessary, including but not limited to legal, financial, tax, and immigration matters.
• Ensuring that any reply letter generated by MailAssist is appropriate, accurate, and suitable for your specific circumstances before sending it.
• Meeting all legal and administrative deadlines regardless of any information provided by MailAssist.

MailAssist is a starting point for understanding your correspondence, not a replacement for professional guidance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoreLogic AI Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of MailAssist, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from missed deadlines, incorrect interpretations, or inaccurate translations.
• Legal consequences arising from actions taken or not taken based on information provided by MailAssist.
• Penalties, fines, or charges incurred as a result of reliance on MailAssist output.
• Any loss or damage resulting from the use of AI-generated reply letters.

In no event shall the total liability of CoreLogic AI Ltd exceed the amount paid by you for the specific MailAssist credits used in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Content

MailAssist interprets correspondence from third-party organisations including government bodies, financial institutions, insurance companies, healthcare providers, utilities, and other entities. MailAssist is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of these organisations. References to specific organisations, government departments, websites, or processes are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect current procedures.

Jurisdictional Variations

Administrative and legal procedures vary by country, region, and municipality. MailAssist provides general guidance based on AI interpretation but cannot account for all local variations in law, regulation, or administrative practice. Always confirm procedures with the relevant local authority or a qualified local professional.

Data Processing

Your correspondence images and PDFs are processed by AI services to provide the MailAssist service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled, stored, and protected.

Changes to Service

CoreLogic AI Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the MailAssist service at any time without notice. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from the use of MailAssist shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
